LFG Homes
Creating a website for LFG Homes, which is a home-building company based in Tennessee, requires an extensive display of information regarding homes that is both detail-oriented and visually pleasing to the users. We knew that conveying LFG Home’s mission and purpose as a home-building company on the front page was important to show users that they are a credible and professional brand that seeks to help users find their perfect home.
Multiple Communities Design
In order for LFG Homes to adequately reach all of their potential users throughout the state of Tennessee, we needed a website and design that could display the multiple floor plans and cities in which they have homes to offer. As we accounted for 4 cities in Tennessee and the 18 floor plans LFG Homes has, our design showcases each one with accurate information regarding availability and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, with square footage. The website also showcases individual images for each floor plan in each community through the design of button overlays and clickable images.
Customization Tool Design
LFG Homes is a home-building company that caters to all kinds of wants from users, from the number of bedrooms to the square-footage of a home. Therefore, the website needed a feature where the user could adjust through filters of various factors regarding the kind of home they were looking for. With the website design of movable buttons, the website is able to filter homes that LFG Homes has to offer to match the user’s desired home floor plan. This design allows quick and efficient access to homes that would best fit the user, instead of having to scroll through an array of homes to find the right match.
