theFreightSource.com is a fully automated less-than-load and full truckload shipping program.  Complete with the custom CRM (customer relationship management) system, theFreightSource.com is a self-sufficient web application that can handle thousands of shipments a day without producing the first piece of paper. The goal of this project was not only to deliver a low carbon footprint business but also show the transportation industry that automation through sophisticated software and mobile technology is the optimal direction to help this industry market survive. The CRM was designed to manage a single shipment from the initial quote all the way to accounts receivable. QuickBooks integration is also available for smaller clients.
